Between Balance and Strategic Adaptation - A Vision in the Patterns of Iraqi Foreign Political Behavior

Abstract

     Iraq must move towards specific policies that enable it to arrange its policies towards the outside, mainly based on adopting balance on the one hand, and adapting to the situation on the other hand so that Iraq can interact with the variables of the regional environment and achieving the role that qualifies Iraq to influence and maintain its interest.
