Abstract

The United States of America has surpassed all the major powers in the international system, because it possesses economic, military, technological and geopolitical power, along with the means and motives to maintain the main security institutions in the world. Based on the ideology of the neo-conservative , the Christian Right, and the product of a missionary vision drawn from a complex mixture of religious visions, American social -political traditions, strategic interests to dealing with other powers as enemies, waging wars under the pretext of (terrorism) in order to control regional security conflicts, and limiting the competition of major powers, as evidenced by the fact that the United States of America possesses a future defense system based on new technology, capable of interfering with the international system and preventing the emergence of competing forces at the top of the political hierarchy.
