Abstract

This paper addresses the problem of considering governance as a practical project that has an impact on the ground, especially as criticisms that it considers as new mechanisms for dominating major powers over weak or fragile States and societies. This subject highlights the various currents that are supportive and opposed to this idea and seek their realities. This is through the search for their implementation mechanisms through international institutions, as well as the attempt to identify the second incision that rejects them by providing their support for corruption, serving the dominant forces in their interests, and disseminating a globalized cultural model at the expense of the privacy and culture of other peoples
