Abstract

Knowledge diversity is an approach of scientific and technological studies to seek and obtain knowledge based on the consensus and diversity of opinions involved in the political community and the political environment in particular and other sciences in general. This research pushes intellectual ambition towards inaugurating international capacities and diversity of capabilities among active states and others in the international community, which will allow the generation of ideas and immediate and future solutions to the nature of international relations, especially through the theory of balance of power,
