The cohesive pluralistic society represents a fundamental pillar of building a democratic state. The phenomenon of pluralistic societies in the era of modern state independence has generated many political, social, cultural, and security problems within the boundaries of a single state. The diversity of societal components and the variation in their religious, spiritual, and nationalist values within the state, coupled with the lack of clarity and weakness of the concept of citizenship associated with democratic states and advanced societies, hinder the emergence of a cohesive society. This has impacted the issue of comprehensive national loyalty of individuals within a single state, leading to the emergence of local and regional loyalties based on ethnicity, religion, or sect. Such loyalties, along with factors weakening the state and other external factors, contribute to divisions and fragmentation in various areas of society within a single state.
