Undoubtedly, strategy aims at achieving objectives. Although the concept of strategy originated in the military sector, it has become utilized in all aspects of life and across various sectors. This has made it a part of different strategies employed to achieve desired goals in the respective fields they are applied to. Consequently, the concept is divided into various types and patterns, such as political, economic, social, cultural, media, diplomatic, and military strategies. Each type of these strategies aims at achieving the greatest possible number of objectives in the state where it is implemented. It is important that these strategies support the policies pursued by the state in times of war and peace. The success of strategies and their support for policies depends on the clarity of objectives, their logical coherence, and lack of contradiction, as well as their realism. This helps in using strategy effectively and at lower costs to achieve those objectives. Therefore, the availability of resources (both material and moral) and the attempt to integrate and employ them correctly are necessary to achieve the desired goals.
