Abstract

The second Russian military invasion into Ukraine on February 24، 2022 AD، is the beginning of a change in the structure of the international system، as the world has not witnessed a military invasion in this sense since the dissolution of the Soviet Union until now، because of its great effects that were reflected in the features of the global system، and transformed The international system has turned into conflicting international poles on Ukrainian soil، as in this war the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China represented the two great poles in the face of American hegemony and influence، and their relentless pursuit to reshape the international system from a unipolar system led by the United States of America to a multipolar international system، be in The Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China are among the most prominent of these international poles، thus undermining the unipolar world order led by the United States of America and turning it into a multipolar world system.
