Abstract

This research aims to identify the importance of the Middle East region in the geopolitical or economic balances between China and the United States of America, especially since the international arena has witnessed many cases of competition between these two powerful countries, in order to achieve their interests and goals in the region. The Middle East, given its diverse resources and wealth, has been a driving force behind both countries' efforts to increase their influence in the region. It is expected that their actions will witness some change, represented by the adoption of new policies and approaches or the building of alliances that could influence both China and the United States' significant participation in the Middle East's affairs and future developments.
