Between the Electronic Army and the Regular Army...The New War in Iraq
Abstract
The Iraqi national security system faces formidable challenges categorized into traditional and non-traditional challenges, the most dangerous of which is manifested in non-traditional challenges. Iraqi, because these challenges include most governmental and non-governmental sectors and institutions, which revolve around the state’s infrastructure to reach the level of security for the citizen, and from this the most severe soft challenges are represented in cyber-attacks through electronic armies, posing a significant threat to the strategic security system of Iraq; Consequently, the urgent necessity imposed the focus and focus of research and forward-looking efforts in this field, especially in light of the noticeable increase in the dangers facing the Iraqi regime at present during the controversy surrounding the nature of the new government that has not yet been formed despite the end of the Iraqi electoral process last October and the announcement of its results.
