Abstract

Globally, military force is one of the most prominent, most essential and influential foreign policy tools, confirmed by the American civil war between the North and the South. Other regimes will crush all the goals that the state aims to achieve, and among the most prominent of these goals is its achievement of sovereignty and the creation of influence. By the United States of America, and after the victories achieved by the Iraqi forces in the years that followed and witnessed confrontations with armed groups (ISIS), the military force emerged again to show that there is a possibility of using it to achieve the goals of the higher state.
