Which you want to perform, but due to the diversity of the active forces in the international system and the processes of the spread of power in the twenty-first century as a result of international liquidity and the lack of solid control that existed throughout the duration of the Cold War, in addition to the exposure of the forces in the international system, which made strategic balance mean relative equality and not Absolute equality, as small power may balance large power, and resistance to the dominant powers in the international system, which is what made many new active forces gather and conglomerate in BRICS.
