Abstract

This study explores the concept of soft war and its role in destabilizing political systems. It analyzes the emergence, tools, and strategies of soft war in influencing the values, identity, and political behavior of societies. The research demonstrates that soft war has become a less costly and more effective alternative to hard power in achieving political objectives. Additionally, the study examines the mechanisms through which political systems can respond to and counter this contemporary form of threat.
