A future vision for Iraq's foreign policy towards its geographical neighbors

Abstract

Iraq's foreign policy can be determined according to the elements of strength, resources, opportunities, and flexibility of movement of the political system, so that Iraq becomes able to employ the strengths it possesses and the need it represents for its neighbors to achieve the greatest amount of gains through correct perception and response based on the elements of action. So, this research will deal with the nature of Iraqi policy directions towards geographical countries, by researching Iraq’s foreign policy with each country separately and determining the nature of policy with each neighboring country according to the determinants of power.
