Abstract

Turkish-Indian relations have witnessed remarkable development since 2002، influenced by a range of economic and political variables at both the regional and international levels. Economically، bilateral trade relations have gradually flourished، with trade volume growing significantly—from less than one billion USD in the early 2000s to over eight billion USD by the third decade of the 21st century. Both sides have also expressed increasing interest in investment، particularly in infrastructure، energy، technology، and transportation sectors.

Despite this economic convergence، political tensions have occasionally surfaced.
