Duties and Responsibilities of the Editorial Board
Publication Decisions
Research papers submitted to the journal are reviewed by experts to ensure they meet all the standards of the publication terms and conditions, regardless of gender, race, backgrounds, religion, nationality, ethnicity, or political philosophy. The Editorial Board is responsible for approving the publication of submitted academic scientific research. Consideration is given to the scientific and academic value, research integrity, language, ethical standards, citation, and plagiarism before publication. The Editorial Board is committed to enhancing the journal's academic rigor by publishing academic scientific research based on its clarity, significance, and originality, in accordance with the previously announced terms and conditions for researchers.
Confidentiality
The editor-in-chief and members of the Editorial Board commit to the confidentiality of information related to submitted research papers and documents, except for the necessary information disclosed to editors, authors, advisors, and publishers.
Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
The editor-in-chief and members of the Editorial Board must not use any information obtained from unpublished documents or academic scientific research without written permission from the original author of the research.
Responsibilities of Reviewers
Contribution to Editorial Decisions
The peer review process assists the Editorial Board in making appropriate decisions regarding the research, in addition to helping the author improve their research. The Editorial Board is committed to providing reviewers with standards, regulations, and the level of originality of the research and documents accepted for publication in the journal. Additionally, the Editorial Board is committed to not disclosing the names of reviewers without written consent from the concerned reviewers.
Promptness
Reviewers are obligated to notify the Editorial Board as soon as possible if they are unable to review a paper.
Confidentiality
Reviewers are required to treat the documents and research sent to them confidentially. Disclosure of documents and research or discussing them with others is not permitted except with the journal editor.
Standards of Objectivity
Objectivity in the peer review process is essential, and personal judgment regarding authors is not allowed and should be disregarded. The peer review process should be reinforced with clear academic scientific arguments and viewpoints and must adhere to the journal's standards and "publication requirements" regulations.
Acknowledgment of Sources
Reviewers are obligated to inform the Editorial Board of the author's non-compliance with publication requirements. Additionally, they are committed to ensuring the appropriateness of sources and correct citation of sources (references must match in the main text and bibliography). Arguments and opinions presented in the research must not belong to other research. Reviewers must notify the editor of any similarity or overlap between the submitted research and any other published research.
Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
Reviewers are not permitted to use any ideas or information contained in reviewed research for competitive, personal, or any other interests. Furthermore, they are required to disclose any conflicts of interest that may bias their opinion of the research.
Duties of Authors
Reporting Standards
Researchers are required to comply with the "publication policy" regulations and the journal's approved writing style. Accuracy standards must be provided through a clear purpose, accurate and sequential presentation of results, and discussion of these results to achieve research objectives in parallel with the objective justification of the research methodology. Research should be accompanied by detailed work and recent scientific references. Additionally, results not mentioned in other research should be included. Including fabricated and plagiarized results is unacceptable and unethical behavior. The researcher is committed to signing a declaration of the above terms.
Multiple, Redundant, or Concurrent Publication
Researchers are not allowed to submit their research to more than one journal. Otherwise, it will be against the publication policy. Researchers are also not allowed to submit research that has been reviewed by another journal with its own publication policy. If a paper is submitted, the researcher can retain their published research.
Authorship of the Paper
The research should include specific names of authors who have made significant contributions to the research, such as the research idea, writing, design, and execution. One author should be designated as the corresponding author to be in contact with the journal. Finally, the researcher must give final approval of the final version of the submitted research (declaration).
Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
Researchers are required to disclose the support provided to them and any financial conflicts or issues that may affect the interpretations or results of the research.
Fundamental Errors in Published Works
Researchers are obligated to notify the editor or publisher in case of errors in their research to make the necessary corrections in the intended forms. In the event of discovering significant errors or inaccuracies in the published research, the researcher is obligated to report and cooperate with the journal editor or publisher to retract or correct their printed research.
